Job Description
- Take the lead in managing complex industrial and commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors, to align project goals and drive successful outcomes.
- Spearhead the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements, fostering strong partnerships and leveraging collective expertise to deliver exceptional results.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, employing effective problem-solving strategies to overcome challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Foster open communication with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their vision is brought to life with precision and creativity.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
