Administrative Assistant
Summary
The successful candidate for the Administrative Assistant will join an established team in Charlotte, NC. The primary responsibilities include Supporting the Leadership team within the organization.
The position requires attention to detail and multitasking throughout the day. The person in this role will perform responsible, sometimes confidential, duties and routine administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Leadership team, including research, data collection, and analysis.
- Assist Capital Sales with arranging and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. Additional tasks will include coordinating / authorizing customer return shipments and the related credit / debit memo.
- Assist Operations with administrative duties in HSE, Operations, Standard Operation Procedures, and Quality
- Assist Field Service with expense reports, invoicing, quotes, and reporting.
- Assist Human Resources with tasks and projects as assigned, including but not limited to filing, recruiting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Assist Customer Service with coordinating customer inquiries, purchase orders, and quotations, and clarifying technical and commercial details with OMF colleagues and OTI customers if needed.
- Additional tasks will include coordinating / authorizing customer return shipments and the related credit / debit memo.
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to mailings, filing, reception, and telephone duties.
- Assist with planning and coordinating internal company events
- Assist in facilitating meetings, functions, and other projects onsite and offsite.
Your Profile
- You have a minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related degree is preferred and recommended
- You will have strong computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- You possess the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
