Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by effectively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Strategically identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to develop a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
  • Proactively follow up with leads, clients, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are promptly addressed.
  • Manage your sales pipeline to generate successful business outcomes.
  • Accurately forecast sales and track performance against target.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Acquire BPO's service offerings and competitive advantages to effectively convey them to clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposal to prospective clients, emphasizing the value and benefits of Acquire BPO's services.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Promote and exemplify Acquire's value's internally and externally
  • Champion Acquire's value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long lasting multidisciplinary customer relationships.
  • Stay current with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback, insights and concerns to internal teams.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal and client services to align go-to-market activities with sales priorities.
  • Utilize and keep up to date all systems provided by the company that are relevant to your position. As an example salesforce is expected to be 100% accurately at all times.
