HAND (Expectations + Duties) :
- Manage, maintain, and repair video production equipment
- Knowledge of various camera systems and technology that ensures excellence in the video capturing process
- Work with a team to manage multiple video projects
- Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
- Input music and sound FX to enhance the footage audio experience
- Inputting graphics to enhance footage
- Work closely with collaborators and creative leaders to produce final product that matches the vision
- Proficient in editing software such as Final Cut and Adobe Premiere
- Deep understanding of core social media platforms Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Healthy relationship with creative feedback, maturity to receive direction
- Scout locations that best enhances the story being capturedCoordinate the pre production, production and post production flow
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion / animation preferred, but not required
HEAD (Knowledge + Training) :
- REQUIRED : Minimum three years experience of professional videography and content creation
- Ability to work systematically while managing multiple tasks
- Ability to resolve conflict in a calming manner
- Ability to develop teams and empower other leaders
- Self-awareness to identify strengths and weaknesses
- Proficient computer skills with Apple, Microsoft, and Google products and the ability to learn TC-used databases and technologies
