We are seeking an organized and driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong attention to detail and a passion for marketing and sales. This role is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and track progress through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support marketing strategies.
- Prepare presentations and sales materials for client meetings.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Assist in organizing client events and promotional activities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills Required :
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales principles.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
