What You'll Do :

As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager at Szura Insurance Services, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier service to our clients while managing their insurance portfolios.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, providing ongoing support, answering inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Policy Management : Oversee the renewal, endorsement, and policy changes for client accounts, ensuring that all coverage is appropriate and up to date.
• Risk Assessment & Recommendations : Conduct regular reviews of clients’ insurance needs and recommend solutions that minimize risk and maximize coverage.
• Carrier Relations : Work closely with insurance carriers to secure competitive quotes, negotiate terms, and place coverage that best meets client needs.
• Claims Support : Assist clients in the event of a claim, ensuring that they are guided through the process and that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and updates, using our cutting-edge systems and tools.
• Collaboration : Work alongside a team of talented brokers and specialists to ensure clients are receiving comprehensive and tailored insurance solutions.
