Job Description :
We are looking for a Senior Engineer specialized in Platform Support to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Elastic Stack technologies with a solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines.
This role requires the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, implement scalable solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.
Responsibilities :
- Provide advanced support for the company's platform infrastructure, focusing on Elastic Stack components.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to design and optimize CI / CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular performance assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide timely resolution of critical incidents.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in platform support technologies.
- Exposure to Ansible
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in platform support or related roles.
- Proficiency in Elastic Stack technologies (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) with hands-on experience in deployment, configuration, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of CI / CD concepts and experience with popular tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and system monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
