The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for incoming customer requests by phone and email, prioritizing said requests and assigning work orders to technical team.
Additionally, this position is responsible for processing sales orders by coordinating with the clients to ensure all pre-installation criteria are met.
1-3 years working in a customer service or technical support environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Answer all incoming calls.
