Our client is looking for Superintendents who bring a deep understanding of commercial construction, particularly within the restaurant sector, and can lead projects while upholding the company’s commitment to quality.

- Nontraveling Superintendent roles focused on high end restaurant builds.
- Base salary up to $120,000+ / w highly incentivized bonuses.
- Ideal for candidates based in or open to relocating to Dade, Broward, and Miami Dade Counties.
- Multiple positions available to manage simultaneous, high-profile projects.
Superintendent Qualifications :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in high end restaurant commercial builds. (Kitchen Builds big plus)
- Strong background with a General Contractor.
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
