Job Summary :
VP Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of General Manager in Beckley, WV.
This is a full-time, individual contributor position responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations in the Beckley area.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Compensation & Benefits :
This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive compensation package of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, paid biweekly.
The package also includes possible bonus opportunities of an additional $15,000-$20,0000; and benefits such as a health benefit package, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company in the Beckley area, including managing staff, budgeting, and setting performance goals
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase productivity
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure employee satisfaction and retention
- Maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on operations and report on key performance metrics
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of responsibilities
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is preferred
