The Position

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper and Office Manager. We're looking for more than just a professional with the right qualifications;

This is currently an entry-level Bookkeeping and Office Manager position, and as we continue to expand, we are looking for an individual who shares our passion for growth, has the drive to evolve into a financial executive within our organization, and the potential to become capable of running a $100 million company in the future.

As Bookkeeper :

  • Collaborate seamlessly with external accountants who recognize the exceptional quality of our financial practices.
  • Ensure that our accounts payable and receivable are as seamless as our roofing installations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of financial compliance and internal policies.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting, setting the standard for fiscal excellence in our industry.

As Office Manager :

  • Be the backbone of our operations, managing essential functions that keep our company running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Handle payroll with the precision and timeliness that have become synonymous with Rapid Restoration Group of Long Island.
  • Manage human resources tasks with the same dedication that earned us a place on the INC 5000 list.
  • Oversee fleet management to ensure our operations remain as efficient as they are successful.
  • Tackle clerical duties and document management, embodying our commitment to organizational excellence.

  • Ensure that our office is stocked and ready for action, just like our team.
