We are seeking a diligent, creative thinking, and detail-oriented Marketing, Communications, and Data Manager to join our team at Leadership Florida.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations by managing various tasks in this membership organization, including, IT and Technology support, data management, and implementing and overseeing communications with members.
The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Software Maintenance, Technology Support and Data Management :
- Extensive IT and Technology Support
- Experience preferred in the following : Microsoft Office Suite, Novi, Zapier, Adobe, Zoom, Tech Soup, Canva, Grammarly, Egnyte, WordPress, JotForm amongst others
- Ensure member data, accuracy and consistency within all platforms
- Develop and generate reports from the database as required, categorizing them based on specific criteria
- Work closely with finance department to ensure records consistency and alignment
Marketing and Communications :
Oversee social media; production of the organization’s materials both in-house and external sources including a large, complex, annual printed member directory;
member software management; website management; and graphic design
Support for Leadership Florida’s volunteer committees
Note :
This position oversees staff engaged in social media, event management, fundraising, digital newsletters, evaluations and surveys, presentation work, and strongly contributes to the overall external image of Leadership Florida to its members and prospective members.
Tallahassee-based work location is highly preferred. Very limited travel required. Flexible work environment and excellent pay and benefit package commensurate with experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive knowledge of organization software and data management experience.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite, association management software, like Novi AMS, Constant Contact, Formstack, QuickBooks.
Candidates with Novi AMS experience receive special consideration.
- Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in producing materials in a variety of formats for organizations preferred.
