Responsibilities :

  • Answering and managing a busy main phone line, directing calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies to ensure the office operates efficiently.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the office team.
  • Maintaining the reception area in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handling basic inquiries and providing information about the company.

Requirements

  • A positive and friendly attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
