We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, who can run a program that will enable Amazon Business to more effectively manage our product portfolio.
This role will own our product launch operations program and create visibility into the cross-organizational product pipeline, helping our Product Managers and Stakeholders deliver products which will seamlessly flow through to launch and ultimately delight our customers.
This leader will break down information silos and drive collaboration and awareness across the organization. They will hold a high bar for the product development cycle and lead a detailed review process, which brings all stakeholders together to ensure quality execution.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
