Usurpo's GTM team are partnered with a Series B - AI powered IAM / Cloud Vendor looking for their 1st ever RSD for the North east territory.
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy.
They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
- Experience : At least 5 years of proven experience in achieving annual revenue targets selling cyber-security software products is a must.
- Startup exp is must.
- Technical Understanding : Strong technical background and understanding of cyber security, particularly in the context of industrial environments.
- Industry Knowledge : Solid knowledge of industrial sectors and challenges, with an emphasis on IAM & Cloud Security.
- Sales Experience : Demonstrated enterprise sales experience with a track record of selling to multiple stakeholders and managing complex sales cycles.
Experience selling to CISO, CIO, or CTO contacts is preferred.
- Business Acumen : Strong business acumen with the ability to uncover, evaluate, grow, and close sales opportunities in a dynamic environment.
- Leadership : Proven history of excellence in leading sales efforts in early-stage startups.
- Language Skills : Fluent English required.
- Attitude : Hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for driving individual and team success.
Location : North East Territory
Salary : 330k OTE + STOCK
