We are looking for an energetic driven anddetailoriented Remote Customer Service Representative. Our TravelCoordinators play a key role in our travel team buildingitineraries crafting emails performing hotel rate checks arrangingconcierge services corresponding with suppliers and buildingrelationships with our trusted supplier network and clientele.
Tobe a successful Remote Customer Service Representative you shouldhave a pion for travel and a desire to inspire others to make theirtravel dreams come true.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in writing emails toclients
Research destination culinary andactivity recommendations
Correspond with suppliers tocoordinate curated travelarrangements
Create and keep client travel doentsand invoices updated
Completes travel arrangements forclients with air hotel car and other ground transportation vendorsat the lowest possible fares.
Utilizes preferred vendors tominimizeexpense
Participates fullyas a team member to ist as needed in completing all functionsrelated to servicing the travel needs of the staff includingticket / itinerary processing clerical functions travel creditsetc.
KNOWLEDGE SS &QUALIFICATIONS
Degree inMarketing Hospitality Travel & Tourism or Business aplus
Related travel experience and industryknowledge is essential
A pion fortravel
Highly organized with a strongattention to detail
Selfdriven in an autonomous remoteenvironment
Ability to set goals and developachievable timelines to hit them
Ability to speak multiple languageswill be highly regarded
