Description

Weare seeking a motivated and detailoriented Office Assistant to joinour dynamic team. In this parttime role you will be responsible fora variety of administrative tasks to support our Account BasedMarketing efforts.

The ideal candidate is someone with excellentcommunication and organizational skills who thrives in a fastpacedenvironment and enjoys multitasking.

You will play a crucial rolein ensuring the smooth operation of our office while assistingvarious departments with their administrativeneeds.

Responsibilities

  • Assistin daily office operations and maintain a clean and organizedworkspace.
  • Provide excellent customer serviceby responding to inquiries and addressing concernspromptly.
  • Manage data entry tasks ensuringaccurate recordkeeping in our CRMsoftware.
  • Support the finance team with basicaccounting tasks including invoicing and expensetracking.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheetsusing Microsoft Officeapplications.
  • Collaborate with team members onmarketing campaigns and social mediainitiatives.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetingsincluding preparing agendas and taking meetingminutes.
  • Help manage office supplies andinventory to ensure operationalefficiency.
  • Perform additional administrativesupport tasks as assigned bymanagement.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus butnot required.
  • Strong communication skills bothverbal and written.
  • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software ispreferred but not required.
  • Excellentorganizational and time managementskills.
  • Basic knowledge of accountingprinciples and practices.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
  • Problemsolving skills with a proactiveapproach to tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changingpriorities and work in a fastpacedenvironment.
