Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set and a strong work ethic, with the ability to handle various repair and maintenance tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
- Address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting as needed.
- Install fixtures, appliances and equipment.
- Assist with remodeling and renovation projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Manage subcontractors.
Qualifications :
- Able to work 3rd shift hours depending on job.
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of repair techniques and building maintenance.
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Background Check required
