Job Requirements :
- Read work orders to assess work required and to determine installation and repair methods to use
- Remove and replace damaged, defective, or obsolete piping and plumbing fixtures
- Must be able to install plumbing piping systems
- Knowledge of testing plumbing systems to identify leaks
- Understand and know how to install pipes and pipe fittings by using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to repair and maintain plumbing systems
- Drain cabling and televising
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Good communication / interpersonal skills while providing quality customer service
- Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within allotted time frame
- Able to work well with others as well as independently, with little or no supervision
- Superb attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Able to effectively use computers and mobile devices
