We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our customers, answer inquiries, and assist in resolving any issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
Provide product and service information to customers
Assist customers in resolving basic issues and concerns
Document and update customer records accurately
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
