The Marketing Manager Digital Automation for Lendistry is used to working in a fast-paced, creative environment and possesses a strong ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently while prioritizing and following through on vital projects.

General Responsibilities
- Regular attendance during business hours and reliable punctuality are essential functions of this position, and conformance with Lendistry’s attendance policy is a key responsibility of the employee.
- Executes email campaigns in Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sendgrid systems including building multi-touch campaigns, logic streams, automation rules, creation of segments, forms and landing pages, email content creation, and deployment.
- Interprets and implements digital best practices for email, personalization, segmentation, and data-capture from forms and landing pages.
- Analyzes, tracks and reports on key metrics, improving performance throughout the funnel.
- Partners cross-functionally to design and implement campaign tests and apply results.
- Partners cross-functionally to manage data integrity.
- Partners directly with data engineer(s).
- Provides internal consultation on Salesforce capabilities and marketing automation strategies.
- Develops project timelines, schedules kick-offs, and manages projects day-to-day through completion.
- Works with all divisions of the company on their marketing automation needs.

Education And Experience
- 7+ years working in a marketing automation function, email marketing experience required, preferably in high-volume environment.
- Experience with enterprise CRM / Marketing Automation platforms, specific extensive experience in Salesforce / Marketing Cloud required.
- Expert in marketing automation with some knowledge of programming.
- Experience measuring impact and value of campaigns and touches, using best-practice analytics and testing protocols.
- Experience with lead gen and multi-touch nurture streams preferred.
Physical Requirements
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
It also may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying of 20lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending / stooping, twisting, pulling / pushing, and reaching above the shoulder.
Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
SALARY
$121,000-$158,000 / annually depending on experience.
