Job Description :
- We have an exciting opportunity with one of our legal clients specializing in a wide range of civil litigation areas, including Asbestos Litigation / Products Liability, Business Litigation, Casualty Defense, Construction Litigation, Employment, Insurance Bad Faith, Insurance Coverage, Premises & Professional Liability, and Transportation.
- This position is ideal for an experienced attorney seeking a flexible work environment while maintaining the high standards of litigation practice
Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Manage discovery processes, such as depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
- Prepare cases for trial, including witness coordination and evidence organization.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and experts to build strong case arguments.
- Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California bar membership.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and litigation management software.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
