Senior Commodity Manager Aluminum
The Newell Group has been engaged to locate a Senior Commodity Manager-Aluminum, Aluminum Extrusions, Metals for a great client in the northern DFW Area.
This $multi-billion, 100+ year old company has a strong reputation for the design and manufacture of high-quality products.
We are looking for onsite candidates for the position, relocation assistance available.
Specific background in sourcing and managing Aluminum and Aluminum Extrusions are required for the position. This role will manage the transaction responsibilities for Aluminum and Aluminum Extrusions as well as some Metals, Castings, Stampings, Extrusions, and Finished Goods for company sites and assist with strategic initiatives for the organization.
We are looking for extensive experience in Commodity Management in a multi-site manufacturing company for this important position.
- 10+ years experience in high volume manufacturing environments
- SixSigma, Lean Manufacturing
- Must have extensive purchasing experience in Aluminum, Aluminum Extrusions, and Metals
Salary target $ depending on experience level plus bonus.
