As an Administrative Program Coordinator, you will function as liaison, administrative, technical, and operational resource.

You will help coordinate policy evaluation and implementation. Some of your other duties will include but are not limited to : Assisting Director with projects and daily tasks.

Identifying operational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace. Developing communications and databases.

Maintaining databases, personnel files, and additional supporting documents for quality. Supporting and coordinating Cleveland Clinic Florida regional administrative needs.

The ideal candidate is someone who : Has strong editorial / copy editing skill set (editorial assistant preferred). Can effectively multitask while staying organized.

Demonstrates critical thinking skills and decisive judgement. Thrives in a highly interactive team environment. Has strong, clear communication, computer, and customer service skills.

This role will interact with many groups including staff physicians, residents, advanced practice nurses, administrators and otherwise.

Responsibilities : With guidance from Director, leads or coordinates multiple projects and policy initiatives.Updates, monitors and manages databases.

Develops scorecards and milestones to track progress.Analyzes project improvement and progress.Reports discrepancies and variances.

Coordinates project prioritization and assists with policy and initiative implementation.Assists with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.

Attends meetings and records key outcomes.Supports all office administrative functions.Develops and maintains updates.Other duties as assigned.

Education : Associate's Degree required.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

Additional progressively responsible experience may offset degree requirement.Certifications : May require license based on department / Institute plexity of Work : Requires multitasking, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in highly interactive team environment.

Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.Work Experience : Minimum of two years of administrative experience.

Healthcare experience or related organization preferred.Strong computer skills and experience with software applications.

Solid communication and customer service skills.Knowledge of project management and communication practices preferred.Physical Requirements : High degree dexterity to operate office equipment and personal computer.

May require extended periods of sitting and frequent standing.Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.

Personal Protective Equipment : Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Pay RangeMinimum hourly : $18.

88Maximum hourly : $28.80The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary.
