We’re seeking a customer obsessed Program Manager with deep business analytics and project management skills to drive expansion and adoption of A to Z, and strategic projects that support the best possible associate experience.
The Program Manager will have a solid understanding of scalable Change Management principles and practices to support effective product launch.
The Program Manager will also regularly interface with Product Managers and engineering teams to provide data-driven recommendations that accelerate product and feature adoption, solving complex business problems.

In this position, you'll do these things :
- Support launch and adoption of new features and for new populations
- Partner with stakeholders to define future requirements and influence the roadmap of A to Z and adjacent products
- Develop and implement pilots and experiments to test new feature concepts
- Able to influence and engage at all levels of the organization through excellent verbal and written communications
- Support business reporting for your features / populations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
