Position : Civil Engineering Project Manager
Location : Murfreesboro, TN
Type : Full-Time
Salary : $110,000 - $145,000 per year, DOE

Aerospace Talent Group is partnering with a leading firm in the civil engineering industry to offer an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineer Project Manager.
This full-time, direct hire position is based in Murfreesboro and focuses on leading the design, permitting, and management of a wide range of commercial and residential development projects.
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing project design, client communication, and management from inception to completion.
This role requires collaboration with in-house teams of civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to deliver high-quality public, private, and mixed-use development projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project & Client Management : Lead and manage the design, scheduling, and execution of land development projects, ensuring they meet client needs and regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and manage a team of engineers and support staff to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Design & Permitting : Oversee or directly perform the design of land development projects, including site planning, utility design, and grading.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Attend and lead meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
- Additional Duties : Perform other related duties as needed to support project and company objectives.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license is mandatory.
- 6+ years of experience in site design, planning, and project management within the civil engineering field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Preferred & Other Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in managing land development projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and lead cross-disciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits :
- Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience.

Shift :
This position is 1st shift based on a Monday through Friday workweek with regular scheduled hours of 8 am to 5 pm each day.

This position is based onsite in Murfreesboro, TN with relocation assistance provided.
