Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : Cincinnati, Ohio
Pay Rate : $16 - $18 per hour
Job Type : Temporary / Project-Based

Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in person, via phone, and email in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Perform other customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong in-person and phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High School degree; additional certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
