Major Job Functions :
- Invoice Processing : Handle vendor invoices and apply customer cash receipts daily in multiple currencies (USD, CDN, EUR).
- Payment Handling : Print checks, process wires and ACH remits, and match them to invoices for signing.
- Expense Reports : Process and manage employee expense reports.
- Intercompany Transactions : Reconcile and process transactions involving multiple currencies.
- Cash Reconciliation : Reconcile cash sheets weekly and make necessary journal entries.
- Vendor Management : Set up and maintain vendor information in ERP and electronically.
- Customer Statements : Send monthly statements and follow up with customers on overdue invoices.
- Issue Resolution : Research and resolve A / P and A / R issues efficiently.
- Aging Reports : Prepare and distribute weekly A / R aging reports for invoices over 45 days.
- Tax Preparation : Prepare, reconcile, and file sales and use tax returns.
- Credit Applications : Process credit applications as needed.
- 1099 Processing : Assist with annual 1099 processing.
- Audit and Special Projects : Support audit preparation and other special projects as required.
- Phone Support : Provide backup for answering phones on the switchboard.
- Additional Duties : Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma required.
- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or receivable.
- Skills : Proficient in accounting, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), and accounting software. SAP experience is a plus.
Minimum Skills Required :
- Ability to read and understand accounting and administrative documents.
- Accurate maintenance and reporting of financial information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multitask.
- Attention to detail and ability to use a 10-key.
Equipment and Software :
- Proficient with general office equipment, computers, printers, and telephones.
- Experienced with MS Office Suite and accounting software.

- Dependability and reliability are essential.
