A company is looking for a Medical Scheduler to manage high-volume provider scheduling in a telemedicine environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and schedule new and existing patient appointmentsUtilize internal scheduling tools to optimize provider utilization and assess availabilityImplement workflows to enhance efficiency and improve patient experienceRequired QualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience in medical scheduling within a high-volume settingExperience supporting providers in a multi-state telehealth practicePossess Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience and understanding of medical terminologyExperience in a startup medical practice is preferredStrong computer skills, including experience with Google Suite and custom-built IT systems
