Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team in the construction industry.

As a Project Manager, you will be at the helm of our construction projects, driving them from initial conception to successful completion.

This is a role that offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial projects. With a strong emphasis on quality, timeliness, and budget control, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects that meet our clients' expectations and our company's high standards.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include :

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.

2. Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

3. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

4. Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.

5. Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate them.

6. Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards and regulations.

7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

8. Conducting project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry.

2. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.

3. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

6. Proficiency in project management software tools.

7. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

8. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
