Duties :
- Represent clients in personal injury litigation, from intake to settlement or trial.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Attend court hearings and mediations as required.
- Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina; South Carolina Bar license is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Experience in personal injury law or related fields preferred.
Education & Certifications :
Active membership in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.

- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize workload effectively.
