What you'll do as : Facilities Maintenance Specialist : Mid-Level
- Scheduling contractors and vendors
- Assisting with internal relocations
- Maintenance and servicing of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC systems
- Training less experienced maintenance specialists
- Utilizing formal training in trades
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might :
- 3 years of data center environment experience
- 1 year of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical maintenance in a large campus environment
- Facilities management certification
- HVAC or electrical license
