We are seeking a talented Product Manager with a passion for healthcare technology to lead the development of our healthcare-focused products.

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address the unique needs of healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a commitment to improving patient care through technology.

Responsibilities

Healthcare Product Strategy : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our healthcare technology products.

Identify market opportunities and customer needs within the healthcare industry and develop product plans to address them.

Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with healthcare providers, clinicians, patients, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.

Product Development : Lead the product development process, working with engineering teams to define product features, prioritize development tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

Use agile methodologies to iterate on product features and incorporate user feedback into the development process.

User Experience Design : Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences for healthcare professionals and patients.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices .

Product Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze key product metrics, including usage data, customer feedback, and financial performance, to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers to understand their needs

Market Research and Competitive Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify healthcare trends, emerging technologies, and competitive threats.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in product management roles, with a track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare technology products.

Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex healthcare requirements into actionable product plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
