Homewatch CareGIvers of St Pete Beach is growing, and we are looking for an Office Receptionist Assistant to help with office day to day duties and assigned tasks to support the agency, and staff.
All duties are performed under supervision of the Administrator or designee.
We are looking for a Receptionist Assistant to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility.
The day-to-day duties in this role include answering phones, keeping client and employee files current, posting on social media, scanning documents, helping with onboarding caregivers, and assisting with other office duties as needed.

Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assist in other duties as needed.
