Regional Sales AssociateReports ToThe Marketing Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations,General Manager, and Sales Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities? Prospect for new clients and build strong, long-term relationships with existingones.? Travel throughout your assigned region to meet with clients and attend industryevents (as needed).
- Actively engage with clients, learning about their needs, and present productfeatures and benefits.? Answer client enquiries about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify new leads within yourassigned territory.? Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to maximize sales potential.
- Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.? Achieve established sales targets and contribute to the overall success of thesales team.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service, salespractices, and cash handling.Qualifications? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience or strong interest in sales, preferably in real estate or cardealerships.? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.? Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.? Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.
- For new graduates : Demonstrated interest in sales through internships, projects,or related coursework.? Experience in the hotel industry or B2B sales is advantage.
