Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment through effective communication and associate engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to associates on HR-related matters.
- Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Sales Managers in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to; assisting and responding to guests requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Perform word processing, typing, emailing, data entry, filing, faxing, copying and processing mail.
- Assist with accounts payable by processing and coding invoices, managing timecards, and data entry, responsible for staff and meeting notes and routing following information.
- Performing other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
