The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring excellent communication with our customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely, efficient support.
You will act as the bridge between our customers and our tree care teams, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through service completion.
Your ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and deliver exceptional service will be critical to our success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide detailed information about Heartwood Tree Care’s services, processes, and timelines.
- Schedule sales appointments and follow up on service requests.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records, updates, and service logs in the company database.
- Assist in preparing quotes, service agreements, and other customer-related documents.
- Collaborate Office Manager and other departments as needed on special projects.
- Track and report customer feedback to management, suggesting areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the tree care, landscaping, or service industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve and think quickly in response to customer requests.
- A positive, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Preferred :
- Knowledge of tree care services or experience in a related industry.
