As a commercial loan officer, youd be responsible for maintaining client relationships to originate and close a high volume of quality commercial loans.

Responsibilities :
- Maintain relationships with clients to increase reoccurring production and originate commercial loans.
- Grow portfolio by bringing in new business and cross-selling to clients.
- Maintain client database, client and customer calling / monitoring efforts, marketing, and referrals.
- Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations for borrowing requests.
- Expedite production by communicating commercial lending policies and procedures.
- Monitor the credit risk of the portfolio.
- Create awareness of the bank through community activity.
- Stay abreast of all federal and bank policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- 5-8 years in commercial lending, analysis, or business development.
- Experience with middle market C&I lending.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in Business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant discipline preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Exceptional networking and relationship building skills.
The Pay :
Our client offers a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The pay range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 per year, and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location.
