What you will do :

  • Manage strategic marketing plans for plant nutrition product line consistent with Loveland’s long-term direction, for the US and Canada
  • Work closely with Loveland research / sales personnel, industry contacts, and Nutrien personnel to accurately assess and respond to market conditions
  • Work closely with sales and tech service group to validate product performances, both new and old, with marketing field trials designed to strengthen overall marketing messages
  • Provide financial analysis for the product line with timely and accurate forecasts as well as analyzing the current line to determine portfolio rationalization opportunities
  • Identify and implement new promotional tactics to create awareness
  • Participate in business analytics and interface with the supply and production teams

What you will bring :

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in an agriculture related field; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of related experience required, preferably in sales or marketing in an Ag related field
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Strong presentation and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a team and individually in a multi-disciplinary environment

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary Range $86,100 $147,600. This range is estimated for a Plant Nutrition Portfolio Manager in Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
