Department / Unit : ICU-Surgical And Neuroscience - B2
The Surgical and Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit (SICU and Neuro ICU) is seeking a Critical Care Nurse to join their team for night shifts.
This nurse will provide specialized care to critically ill adult patients, with a focus on neuro and surgical conditions.
Job Description :
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments and procedures, and document treatment as required
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care
- Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing
Job Requirements :
- Graduate of a professional nursing program and holds a current RN license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills
- Possess knowledge of quality concepts and principles
Salary Range : $33.00 / hr - $60.93 / hr
