Job Title : Controller
Location : Akron, OH

Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting :
Prepare accurate financial statements.Ensure compliance with GAAP.
Budgeting and Forecasting :
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.Monitor performance and provide analysis.
Cash Flow Management :
Optimize cash flow and working capital.Monitor A / R, A / P, and inventory.
Financial Analysis :
Conduct analysis to support decision-making.Provide ad hoc reports.
Cost Accounting :
Oversee cost accounting processes.Ensure accurate product costing.
Internal Controls :
Establish and maintain internal controls.Perform audits to identify risks.
Team Leadership :
Lead and develop the accounting team.Foster a culture of accountability.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of accounting / finance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
- Proficiency in ERP (Epicor) systems.
