A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is actively seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Investment and Development Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate leasing, portfolio management, construction, property acquisition and disposition, real estate financing and investment, real estate joint ventures, and / or development and redevelopment.
Duties
- Conduct legal research and analysis pertaining to real estate investment and development matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and financing agreements.
- Provide legal advice and counsel on complex real estate transactions and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful real estate projects.
- Participate in negotiations and assist in structuring real estate deals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate leasing, portfolio management, construction, property acquisition and disposition, real estate financing and investment, real estate joint ventures, and / or development and redevelopment.
- Strong academic credentials with a focus on real estate law.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Solid experience in sophisticated real estate law.
- A strong work ethic and the desire to work collegially with and contribute to our national practice.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia (GA).
