As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting the customers with technical problems when using the products and services.

Ultimately, you will help establish their reputation as a company that offers excellent customer care during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Other responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative include :

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
• Updating internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
• Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
