Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Policy Management : Assist clients with changes to their insurance policies, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient handling.

Problem Solving : Analyze client needs and determine appropriate solutions to meet their insurance requirements.

Claims Assistance : Guide clients through the claims process, offering support and clarifying procedures.

Relationship Building : Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty with State Farm.

Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Requirements

Licensing : Active insurance license in Louisiana is required.

Experience : Previous experience in customer service or insurance is preferred.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with clients.

Problem-Solving : Ability to resolve client issues and queries efficiently by providing satisfactory solutions.

Customer Focus : Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Organizational Skills : Must be able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Team Collaboration : Ability to work well in a team setting, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
