Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or business related degree
- A Min of 2+ year of accounting / reconciliation experience
- Experience with either Concur or NetSuite
Responsibilities
- Perform accounts payable and disbursements functions
- Manages vendor set-up and 1099 reporting
- Perform accounts receivable and receipts functions
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepares workpapers and manages grant receivable schedules
- Prepares workpapers and manages pledge receivable schedules
- Provides ad hoc financial reports as requested
