Please note that this is an open-ended contract role with a target working location commutable to Lincolnshire, IL or Alpharetta, GA.

The Opportunity :
As a Contractor Corporate Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment life cycle and be an employment brand ambassador for our B2B teams.
As an experienced recruiter, you will utilize your expertise in passive sourcing for sales, engineering, and other relevant roles while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search to our hiring manager, leaders, and candidates.
You will also build partnership with our Center of Excellence in the HR team to develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Apply strong focus on hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy to ensure a high level of communication and candidate experience.
- Manage requisition load and full life cycle recruiting process across a functional group with high volume, complex open technical and sales opening at a given time.
- Consult with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate qualifications, and determine staffing needs.
- Accountable for reporting on successful metrics while working closely with our HRBP team.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates while demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager’s preferences and advise on hiring decisions.
- Suggest innovative ideas and strategies related to recruiting that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
Qualifications and Experience :
Required :
- Minimum of 5 years of overall relevant recruiting experience, exposure to recruitment of sales professionals a plus.
- Prior experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Must possess strong sourcing skills along with a minimum of 1 ear utilizing online sourcing tools.
- Experience closing senior and / or executive level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
Preferred :
- Strong relationship building skills to help with gaining adoption of structured interview processes and be capable of advising in hiring decisions.
- Ability to learn the business, attend trade shows and other organizational meetups to build a network of candidates.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and visit offices weekly.
- Passion for employment branding including creative social media postings.
