We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in New York, New York. This role involves coordinating activities between vendors and top stakeholders in the legal industry.
The position also requires involvement in discovery and risk assessment processes for various projects.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation of iManage Cloud projects - must have iManage implementation experience
- Coordinate and communicate effectively between vendors and top stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are progressing according to plan
- Participate in the discovery process, identifying potential risks and devising mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and meet the established objectives
- Report on project progress to stakeholders and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project implementation process
- Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date and is easily accessible to relevant parties
Hybrid schedule - onsite 2 days a week
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on cloud-based implementations.
Proven experience with iManage Cloud Implementation or similar cloud solutions. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.
g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
