Talent Acquisition Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Support Specialist to provide user support and maintain recruitment systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support for Workday Recruiting and Phenom People, troubleshooting issues and escalating as neededDevelop user documentation and conduct training sessions for recruitment teams on system featuresEnsure data integrity through audits, assist in report generation, and identify opportunities for system enhancementsQualificationsAssociate or bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with Workday and Phenom PeopleFamiliarity with ticketing systems for user support issuesHands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and Phenom People platformsUnderstanding of HR processes related to recruiting and candidate management workflows
