As a Bilingual Special Education Teacher, you will :
- Deliver instruction in both Spanish and English
- Establish and maintain a structured, safe, and effective learning environment
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for K-5 students
- Utilize curriculum materials and educational software to deliver engaging instruction
- Create daily lesson plans and classroom schedules that meet state and school standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role. Prior experience working with children with a variety of disabilities.
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field, master's degree preferred! Illinois LBS1 Certification is critical for consideration.
Potential candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
