The Opportunity
Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering high-impact marketing programs to our customers. Our goal is to drive long-term revenue and engagement growth for Adobe through innovative, personalized, and scalable email marketing programs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic senior lifecycle marketing manager with a track record of driving programs that deliver measurable results
In this role, you will develop and implement lifecycle strategies designed to and engage and retain users of Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud individual offerings.
In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional initiatives with Product Growth, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market and teams.
What you'll Do
- Turn business goals and priorities into quarterly lifecycle marketing plans; deliver on engagement targets
- Build positive relationships, interact, and gain consensus with key business partners, ranging from marketing and product teams to organizational leaders
- Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify actionable insights, and encapsulate key initiatives, partnering with analytics team on ad-hoc analysis and deep dives
- Create new initiatives that drive engagement and retention, while improving relevancy through experimentation and personalization
- Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, using APIs, machine-learning models, and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and impact
What you need to succeed
- Strong email marketing experience, the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
- Advanced analytical skills : ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to advance initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting schedules with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
- Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency
- A drive to continually optimize and improve combined with a relentless focus on customer experience
- 8+ years experience, MBA or BA / BS degree
- Tech or SaaS experience preferred, ideally in a multi-funnel or multi-vertical business model.
- Extensive experience in email, with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The pay range for this position is $100,100 $206,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
